Job Description:

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that our reception area reflects our premium brand image while providing essential administrative support to keep our daily operations running seamlessly. Requirements:

  • Front Desk Excellence: Manage the reception area with professionalism; greet visitors, identify their needs, and facilitate a smooth arrival experience.

  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage the company’s general information email account with accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Office Administration: Oversee the sorting and distribution of mail/deliveries; maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings and manage executive calendars, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently.

  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry, and toiletries) to ensure the workspace is always fully equipped.

  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure the reception and common areas are clean, professional, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant capacity.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Proximity: Candidates residing near Lekki (e.g., Ikate, Jakande, Agungi, Marwa, Victoria Island) are preferred to ensure consistent, punctual attendance.

120,000 monthly
