Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Administration Officer to anchor the operational engine of our hospital facility in Magodo Phase 2. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the safety of the environment and the precision of the service delivery success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize administrative systems with the clinical precision required for Facility Maintenance, Ward Readiness, and Client Retention. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with a Bachelor’s/HND in Accounting or Management and 2+ years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing waste disposal and ward arrangements) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with the General Manager on business sustainability and legal compliance.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Facility Governance
Environmental Sovereignty: Oversee all day-to-day administrative functions and ward arrangements, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Conduciveness."
Maintenance Architecture: Ensure all hospital facilities and equipment are properly maintained in line with health and safety policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for patient care.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure legal compliance throughout administrative management and waste disposal, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Experience Logic
Retention Sovereignty: Manage client experiences to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention, acting as the primary "Source of Service Fidelity."
Logistics Architecture: Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and all equipment is functional, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted medical operations.
Security Stewardship: Monitor security alertness and facility safety protocols with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Patient and Staff Protection."
3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Compile accurate weekly management reports and assess performance against objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Intelligence."
Synergy Architecture: Build strong relationships with clinical teams, suppliers, and strategic partners, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional success.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of management experience to resolve administrative shortfalls in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput" in Magodo.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc / HND Degree in Accounting or Management-related courses.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Location: Resident in Lagos, specifically around Magodo Phase 2, Ketu, or immediate environs.
Age Limit: Under 35 years as at the time of application.
Technical Power: Strong computer skills and professional clerical abilities.
