Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office in CMS, Lagos Island.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility management, keeping our physical assets, logistics, and property arrangements running with precision. If you are a natural multitasker with a keen eye for maintenance and a talent for coordinating resources efficiently, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

Facility & Maintenance Management

  • Equipment Oversight: Coordinate the general repairs and servicing of all office equipment and household appliances.

  • SLA Management: Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical infrastructure—specifically office copiers and generators—are renewed and maintained to prevent operational downtime.

Logistics & Fleet Coordination

  • Vehicle Monitoring: Supervise the daily use and movement of company vehicles to ensure efficiency.

  • Maintenance Supervision: Proactively supervise the repairs and routine maintenance of all company vehicles, ensuring they remain in peak working condition.

Property & Administrative Oversight

  • Rent Management: Take ownership of rent-related administration, including managing the collection of rent from tenants and ensuring the timely payment of rent for company office spaces.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in administrative management or a similar operations role.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Leadership & Organization: You have the ability to manage complex tasks and lead support activities effectively.

    • Communication: You possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with vendors, tenants, and internal staff professionally.

    • Multitasking: You thrive in an environment that requires juggling multiple facility and administrative priorities simultaneously.

    • Problem-Solving: You are proactive in identifying maintenance needs and resolving issues before they impact business operations.

Salary

150,000- 250,000 monthly
