Job Description:
- We’re hiring an Admin Officer to manage daily office operations, logistics, and documentation while supporting departments to ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics.
- Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Support HR and recruitment processes.
- Liaise with vendors and handle expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business/Public Administration or related field with 2–3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Salary
