We are seeking a versatile Operations Associate to keep our daily functions running smoothly. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational workflows, ensuring that our production, procurement, and sales teams have the support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative oversight to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
Data & Records Management: Maintain precise and accessible records across our core business pillars, including production, procurement, and sales.
Financial Administration: Assist with budget preparation, payroll processing, and essential financial tracking.
Logistics & Office Management: Oversee general office operations, procurement of supplies, and logistical coordination.
HR & Recruitment Support: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding procedures, and the maintenance of confidential employee records.
Compliance & Liaison: Support our regulatory obligations by liaising with relevant government agencies and ensuring all operational practices remain compliant.
Culture Building: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role. (Experience within the FMCG sector is a distinct advantage).
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho) is essential.
