Job Description:

JOB DURATION: 3 MONTHS

Responsibilities

  • Manage Office: The person has the responsibility and authority to manage the front office, the office, and office admin activities generally. These will entail: Ensuring that the office is open and cleaned on time. Ensure availability of all staff (including knowledge of the location of staff – including lawyers).
  • Dispatch riders will report to you. 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings •Zoom • Teams • Physical 
  •  Administrative Support
  • Manage internal and external communications 
  • Procure office supplies 
  • Provide logistics support, For Guests, For Office, For partners Attend to Administrative roles when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mass communication, Human resources etc
  • Relevant admin experience.(2-6years)

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
