Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and ensure office supplies/resources are well managed.
- Finance Support: Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- HR & Recruitment: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Client & Database Management: Handle client communications professionally and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client and employee database.
- Compliance: Support regulatory filings, statutory compliance, and ensure company policies are implemented and adhered to.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in Administration and HR Operations/Management. Experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
