Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to serve as the backbone of our operational environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are not just functional, but optimized for peak performance and safety. From managing our fleet and physical assets to supervising support staff and ensuring cost-efficient procurement, you will lead the daily administrative rhythm of our organization. Requirements:
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations, ensuring all offices and workspaces remain conducive, safe, and fully functional.
Asset & Resource Management: Maintain precise control over office supplies, inventory, and company assets. Ensure efficient procurement and logistical support across the organization.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor support staff, including drivers, cleaners, security personnel, and office assistants. Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
Fleet Management: Manage the company fleet with rigor. Maintain all vehicle documentation, oversee the vehicle usage register, and ensure timely maintenance and servicing.
Facility Stewardship: Coordinate all maintenance and repairs. Conduct daily facility checks to identify and resolve issues—from utility functionality to structural upkeep—before they impact productivity.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery at competitive costs.
Budget & Compliance: Prepare and control administrative budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives and ensuring all operations remain compliant with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in FM or Administration are an added advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in administration or facility management.
