Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Accountant to anchor the economic engine of Viabonam’s remote operations. In the specialized landscape of modern digital finance, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex accounting cycles with the clinical precision required for Software Integration, Ledger Accuracy, and Financial Transparency. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 3–4 years of experience who can blend "Quantitative Grit" (managing daily transactions and reconciliations) with the "Digital Agility" required to operate seamlessly in a 100% remote environment using advanced accounting platforms.

Requirements:

1. Digital Orchestration & Software Governance

• System Sovereignty: Deploy and manage accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Automated Financial Data."

• Ledger Architecture: Maintain the General Ledger and sub-ledgers with absolute accuracy, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all corporate financial statements.

• Accuracy Stewardship: Ensure all digital entries are verified and reconciled, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reporting Logic

• Closure Sovereignty: Execute monthly and year-end closing processes independently, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Readiness."

• Analysis Architecture: Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Compliance Stewardship: Handle statutory filings and tax documentation remotely, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Integrity."

3. Operational Integrity & Remote Power

• Autonomy Sovereignty: Manage full-cycle accounting functions in a remote capacity, acting as the primary "Source of Independent Execution."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3 – 4 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
