We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a qualified and diligent Accountant to join our finance team in Lekki / Ajah. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (journals, ledgers, trial balance)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and audit requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor and manage petty cash, general ledger accounts, and accruals
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ICAN, ACCA, ACA) is a plus
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
