Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Officer to anchor the financial engine of our Ajao Estate operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of reconciliation and the precision of the reporting success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily bookkeeping with the clinical precision required for Monthly/Annual Reports, Bank Statements, and Petty Cash Management. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (handling reconciliations and MS Excel workflows) with the "Strategic Agility" required to assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Management Intelligence."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate financial records and digital files, providing the "Structural Foundation" for transparent organizational health.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure the reliability of all financial statements, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Clarity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reconciliation Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Handle bank statements and account reconciliations with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Verification."

• Cash Architecture: Manage petty cash and daily disbursements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless office operations.

• Planning Stewardship: Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities, maintaining the "Source of Future Solvency."

3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power

• Excel Sovereignty: Utilize advanced MS Excel and Accounting Software capabilities, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Accuracy."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Accounting.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance role.
