Job Description:
- The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, this role requires a strong sales acumen, market intelligence, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Requirements:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value sales opportunities.
- Lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Position KHL’s services as the preferred choice in the logistics industry.
- Drive brand awareness and client acquisition efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek expansion opportunities.
- Engage with corporate clients, government agencies, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure high client retention through exceptional service delivery.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads.
- Represent KHL at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements align with company policies.
- Mitigate risks and ensure profitability in all sales deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
