Job Description:

  • The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, this role requires a strong sales acumen, market intelligence, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Requirements:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-value sales opportunities.
  • Lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.

Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Position KHL’s services as the preferred choice in the logistics industry.
  • Drive brand awareness and client acquisition efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek expansion opportunities.
  • Engage with corporate clients, government agencies, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure high client retention through exceptional service delivery.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads.
  • Represent KHL at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements align with company policies.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure profitability in all sales deals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
