Job Description:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Identify, source, and manage new leads from multiple channels.
- Promote and sell Tribitat’s property offerings to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours, follow-ups, negotiations, and close sales.
- Prepare proposals, offers, and sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement personal marketing strategies.
- Leverage social media, networking, and referrals for client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to boost brand visibility and conversion.
- Stay updated on market insights, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market (Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Must be able to deliver measurable results within the contract period.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or marketing.
