We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are a fast-growing BNPL company seeking a proactive and mobile Quality Assurance Officer who will ensure all staff strictly adhere to company policies across multiple branches.
• This role requires frequent movement from one location to another to conduct on-site compliance checks and verify that teams are operating according to organizational standards.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine on-site compliance checks across all store locations.
• Ensure staff adherence to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Investigate non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Train and guide staff on compliance expectations and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to management.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, or related roles.
• Experience in mobile phone sales.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to move regularly between locations as part of daily duties.
