Job Description:

Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Analyst provides Human Resources services to the region or the area under scope, giving assistance in recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits and or personnel administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing all personnel administration services to employees.
  • Prepares information of payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information to be reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
  • Responsible for preparing reports for budget process.
  • Maintains individual employee data records, ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in employee files.
  • Prepares reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime.
  • Provides Human Resources services to the region or the area under scope, giving assistance in recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits and or personnel administration.

Requirements:

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in social sciences with a second class upper as preference
  •  Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and CIPM membership an added advantage
  •  Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  •  Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
