Job Description:
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Keep up-to-date with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
