Human Resource Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or PHR is an advantage).
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
