We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer in the finance sector.
• The ideal candidate will promptly confirm chargeback claim statuses, track payments and inventory, resolve customer escalations, and provide proactive insights on Agency Banking Business performance and financials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Experience preferably in fintech.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Must reside in Ajah and its environs.
