Job Description:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Track company performance and provide financial insights
- Manage cash flow, company wallets and bank accounts
- Ensure timely settlements, payouts and reconciliations
- Monitor balances across payment platforms and wallets
- Oversee daily financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, vendor payments)
- Ensure proper financial controls and approval processes
- Monitor financial risks, fraud trends and transaction disputes
- Provide financial advice to management for business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ICAN/ACCA certification (or in progress) is an advantage
- 4–7 years’ experience in finance or accounting (fintech experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and financial regulations
- Experience with digital payments, fintech or trading platforms is a plus
